Dear Associate Members of the Virginia Association of Fairs:
We are excited to invite our Associate friends of the VAF to participate in this year’s conference, at the Homestead 1766 resort in Hot Springs, VA, January 4-6, 2013. Our members would like to learn about your company’s products and services at the Tradeshow on Saturday and Sunday morning. And we would love to have you join us for the entire conference if possible.
Hours for the conference Tradeshow are:
Saturday, January 5th: 9:00am – 12:00noon, and 1:30pm – 4:00pm
All exhibitor booths will be a uniform size of 8’ x 10’, available on a first come, first served basis and our Tradeshow area will be expanded in size this year. In addition, the Exhibitor’s conference registration fee of $65.00 will cover all Exhibitor personnel at the conference. We are enjoying our conference lunches in the beautiful hotel dining room this year, and hope you enjoy that opportunity to mingle with friends and fair members in a friendly and relaxed setting.

Last year we welcomed 45 Associates to our Trade Show who had the opportunity to visit with the 521 members attending the conference. Our conference schedule allows the members ample time to peruse the Trade Show and provide you with the opportunity to meet, promote, and sell your products and services to our membership, in the beautiful setting of the Homestead resort.
Enclosed are the materials necessary to join us for our 2013 conference. You must be an Associate member of the VAF to participate in the Trade Show. If you have not yet joined the VAF, please return your payment of $125.00 and the enclosed form to join our membership.
Special room rates of $119.05 per night (including resort fees and taxes) have been arranged with the hotel. A lodging reservation form for ‘The Homestead’ is enclosed for your convenience. Please fax or mail the form to the hotel. The deadline for the discounted rate from the hotel is December 2, 2012.
