SILENT AUCTION

Dear Virginia Association of Fairs Members,

The Virginia Association of Fairs Annual Conference for 2027 will be held at The Williamsburg Lodge on January 14th to 17th Volunteers from the Chesterfield County Fair will organize the Silent Auction for the Youth Scholarship Fund.

We are asking that each Virginia Association of Fairs member and Associate member participate in providing items for the silent auction. Please bring unique "must haves" so we can get multiple bidders vying for that special item. Auction items may be dropped off on Thursday, January 14th between 4 p.m. - 9 p.m. in the Virginia Foyer, and again on Friday, January 15th between 9 am. - 12 p.m. in the Virginia Foyer. Please remember to put your Fair's name on your donated item. There will be sticky notes on the table should you forget to mark yours.

Bidding on Silent Auction items will begin at at 5 p.m. on Friday, January 15th

' All bidding will close at 3 p.m. Successful bidders may pay and pick up their treasures between 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
