SHARE YOUR PHOTOS AT CONVENTION!

Spotlight Your Star Volunteers

The Virginia Association of Fairs invites its members to recognize the dedicated volunteers who make a meaningful difference at fairs across the Commonwealth.

Members are encouraged to submit a photo of a standout volunteer to be featured as part of the VAF’s volunteer spotlight. Each submission should include the volunteer’s photo, name, and the name of the member fair or organization they represent.

Please limit submissions to one per member fair. Group photos are also welcome; when submitting a group photo, please provide the names of all volunteers pictured.

Help us recognize the individuals whose time and dedication continue to support the success of Virginia’s fairs and the communities they serve.

SHARE YOUR FAIR

The Virginia Association of Fairs is seeking photos from the 2026 fair season to be showcased during the 2027 VAF Annual Convention.

We invite member fairs to share photographs that capture the people, activities, traditions, and memorable moments that made the 2026 season special. Whether highlighting entertainment, exhibits, agriculture, volunteers, families, competitions, or other moments from your fair, we would love to showcase the experiences that bring Virginia’s fairs to life.

Please submit your favorite photos from the 2026 season for consideration. Help us celebrate another successful year and share the memories made at fairs across the Commonwealth!
